I visited The Alice Lisle on Sunday 12 November 2023 at lunchtime, a weekend during term time after a walk in the New Forest. I was with three other people. I used Google Maps to find the restaurant, which was easy and led me straight to the right place.I parked in the pub car park - parking was easy.The restaurant comprises of a number of medium sized dining areas with plenty of tables with full table service. A catch up with a friend on Saturday. Food was absolutely fantastic - we had a delicious haddock chowder, the beef burger and the pie of the day. The service was good and atmosphere lively. It was very busy, but it's got a lovely feel to it, and so many dogs :) Will absolutely be returning.

A great pub, crowded on a Sunday afternoon, but still found a table for four and had a great meal with friends.The pub is undergoing refurbishment (Nov 2023) and is looking very smart.Food was awesome. Generous portions and the bread pudding was excellent.
