Myself and my partner were taking a wander through the Southampton Common and stumbled across this lovely cafe. We popped in for a munch and tried my first Karak Chai which was delicious; served in a painted terracotta cup and topped with pistachios and coconut. We had a tuna melt panini each and shared a honeycomb cake, both very tasty and filling, exactly the kind of comfort food we needed on a cold day. My parents happened upon this wonderful hidden gem of a cafe and insisted I visit. I wasn't disappointed! When I mentioned I was vegan I was given THE best lentil and chickpea soup I've ever tasted and Josh was happy chatting about veganising other options in the future. The coffee was superb and the surroundings clean and pleasant. Thank you Josh for making my day!
