The staff are idiots! They cannot read. I spent £50 to get an order that was completely wrong. Absolutely disgusting. Can't get through to any staff member (ignoring the phone) don't bother wasting your time with this place.
My 7 year old son got salmonella from here a week ago! We took him to the docs with tummy ache, diarrhea and a fever and they sent off a stool sample and confirmed it is salmonella! They have reported it to the authorities as it’s a serious illness and they are going to be in touch with us to find out how he might’ve caught it. Definitely not the best KFC and seems to have gone downhill since my last visit. Place was empty when I got there (5pm) which was a surprise but after ordering I could see why. Considering how quiet it was there were abandoned food and packaging on some of the tables and litter on the floor. The chicken was good as always but the rest was anticlimactic and could have been warmer. Will give this branch a pass in future.
