Probably the best roast I’ve had whilst out! We took my in-laws here based on reviews & I would recommend anyone does the same. The food is plentiful & is cooked to perfection even the roasties!! I had the nut roast which was delicious & the others had lamb (x2) & turkey. Everyone loved their food.Staff were lovely & atmosphere was warm & friendly. Will definitely be back!Vegetarian options: Nut roast is the best around!
Having seen recent pictures of the Sunday roasts, we decided to give them a try. On arrival, we were greeted and seated straight away. Food took a little while, but there were 7 of us, and for the standard of food, it was well worth the wait. 4 adults and 3 children, not one complaint from anyone in our party. All staff members we encountered were very helpful, and even though the pub restaurant was getting busy, we never felt rushed to finish. 5 stars all around.

The best Lamb shank I have ever eaten, gravy lovely, creamy mash, excellent veg cooked to perfection. Service spot on, very attentive, but not pushy. Recommended will be back!Parking: Extra parking nearby in local car park first hour free but get a ticket from machine.
