Excellent service by Megan, after placing our order my daughter realised the drink contained gluten, which as she is coeliac she was unable to drink, Megan was really helpful and changed the drink with no fuss using a clean blender with no prompting. Well done Megan for your service and not making us feel a nuisance.
Today a friend and I had coffee. Made for us by Ben. He was very friendly and helpful. Carried our drinks to the table for us.We were there quite a while having a good catch up so of course had to have another tasty coffee.During our time there I noticed that Ben and his colleague who I believe was called Alex ( sorry if I have this wrong but I have a bad memory) were always busy keeping everything clean and well stocked inbetween customers.Very conscientious.We will see you again...read full review

It's always a nice experience here. Great coffee and prompt, courteous service. I am a regular at Costa and am always served speedily, in spite of the fact that it was very busy today.
