when i came in i was greeted by the amazing staff who were kind and polite. i took a seat and one of them came and took my order they had a range of food options, drinks, deserts, and icecreams. The speed of there service was fast and i got my food very quickly. everything 10/10 excellent food and staff definitely recommend!!

Ordered a delivery on just eat and what I recived is nothing like it should be and was delivered past the latest delivery timeMilkshakes just tasted like cheap powder made runny shakes not extra thick like advertisedOrdered chessecake recived carrot cakeThe ice cream was supposed to be oreo and Ferrero rocher I recived vanilla and a solid lump of only god knows ontop
My partner and I came here for a waffle after a dinner else where. The server was polite. There was options for milk chocolate or white chocolate but when I came to the till this wasn't asked, I didn't mind as I was indecisive but felt as there was a choice I should have been asked.Both waffles were lovely. A little hard and could have done eith chocolate on the base to soften them but that is me bieng picky. They were nice waffles. It was very warm in there which was perfect for me.Cliental was very mixed I felt slightly uncomfortable but from their point of view a customer is a customer and I get that. The foreign music playing from the serving area was also wierd. Didn't feel very inclusive.I think they're trying hard and most of its working. Lots of room for improvement but they will learn from that. I think it has the potential to be a lovely place. Great opening times and prime location. Keep trying hard.

Customer service was appalling , there was a poster outside saying any burger meal 6.99 and i tried to order it and there was many complication with the order for example: the 3 lion burger said it’ll only be 2 patties and instead of a milkshake it comes with a soft drink and there was no writing on the poster to say this. I asked this to the person at the till and he said “i’m not in the mood, the doors right there” then i left.

Not worth on this occassion:Bought one of the dessert deals £23 (2 shakes, 1 waffle, 1x crepe, 1 side)- Ferrero milkshake had 0 chocolate bits in, tasted and looked incredibly thin/watered down. To top this off, the whipped cream was hard/had ice on it from being put in a freezer. (Most likely made well in advance and waiting for a driver to pick it up).- Crepe was soggy, not even remotely warm. Otherwise, decent enough.- Again, waffle was not warm, outside was hard only the inside was somewhat soft. As if it was made well in advance.-The side we ordered was apparently out of stock according to the driver so they gave us another one without calling us to ask if that was ok.Overall, won't be going again for dessert.
