December 31st visit, place was clean, not too busy and we got served quickly and food was brought to the table freshly made and good portion sizes. Ordered coffee and cake for £3.99, a kids meal for £4.99 and a burger deal for £10. Had 2 scoops of ice cream which was also good.Excellent value for money.
Great place in the city. Stays open late and can order for collection or delivery. The food is competitively priced, and portion sizes are good. There are usually offers if you order online instead of pop into the store.I ordered for collection and chose the pay in store option, but my order was cancelled. I then paid online and it was accepted within minutes. Not sure why they have the pay in store option online if they don't accept those orders in the first place. Undercooked waffle, when asked waiter if this is the case- he just explained that it is cooked by machine 3 minutes. So must be good ?. Felt like eating dough…. They had no plant based milk, which is a surprise nowadays. Bathroom area, especially sink has not been cleaned for a while…
