This place needs to learn presentation. No usage of serving trays when presenting whatsoever. No disposable cutlery instead silverware are being used. Prices of their sundae (£8.95) is unjustified as really and truly they are just three scoops of ice cream. It would be cheaper to buy three scoops of ice cream instead of one sundae. Much improvements needed.
Gone done hill sadly, shabby tired decor and disgusting toilets. Update. Thank-you Creams Cafe for your reply and very pleased hear the place is going for a refurbishment and a make over. Suggestion something uplifting and bright well as inviting for the customers.

Let me tell you, when I arrived at Creams I had been thinking about a slushy for a full 45 minutes and the lovely lady who made our slushies this afternoon is an absolute Kingpin of customer experience. She knew we wanted those slushies, and she made the BEST slushies ever. Perfect consistency, tonnes of flavour ? and an absolutely charming attitude from the server- thanks for making my day!
