Had an unexpected late evening visit for a pint and a short the other evening.The customers who greeted us were fine, explaining that the "members only" signs on the door were irrelevant.The barman was less jovial, maybe he'd had a long shift? We'd just missed quiz night but did sit through and interesting game of musical bingo which seemed to be enjoyed (and understood) by the 12 people playing
Bit rowdy, which is alright sometimes, but I got my friends to leave early before the match finished as it was getting quite scary staying in there, with these young men taking over

I don't think it's been decorated since 1960 and whats with the members only signs everywhere? Other than that staff are friendly drinks prices are fair and the quiz night was a lot of fun!
