Although I’ve not been there for a few months, I hold this pub very close to my heart, definitely wouldn’t have been able to finish my degree without The Crown. The staff are wonderful and it’s quiet during the day so great place to work. A lovely large pub just outside the town centre. Lots of seating areas in and outdoors. Very clean throughout!! Served by friendly staff. A great selection of beers, spirits, and soft drinks, including tea and coffee. Good selection of food. Very reasonable prices.

Fantastic pub, come here for the comedy which was brilliant - a full room on a Wednesday night and some great comics I'd not seen before.I'll definitely be back, the food was great, didn't take long to cook and the service lovely.
