Lovely place for an evening drink, just by the riverside. Nice food although a couple of options off the menu when I ate here. Free car park opposite - parking can be limited by the pub. Wear sensible footwear if walking any of the trails.
Lovely riverside pub that serves good affordable food; we popped into the Green Dragon for lunch - l first went there in the early 1960s with my parents and older sister; although l have driven past many times l suggested to my wife that we ‘revisit’ one of my happy childhood memories - although l don’t remember tables and benches to the front of the pub, not much has changed, thank god ! - l think it’s privately owned so no corporate stamp which makes a change: the food...read full review
