Checked into the room (twin double) little dated and tired around the edges but overall good size. Atmosphere was good as they had weddings taking place, customer service was great throughout. Breakfast was probably 1 of the best out of all equivalent hotels. Grounds are stunning!!!! Shame they don't do Sunday roasts on Sundays :( Kids and the Mrs loved it.....Have booked a few days over new year's at Hanbury and very much looking forward to it.

very efficient staff and a quick check in. Amazed to be given a map of the grounds but this proved very useful! Our room was huge as was the bathroom only drawback being I was unable to open the windows to let some air in. Not sure if they had been painted over. A good night's sleep. Special mention to the buggy driver who took us to our car park the following morning and on the way gave us a tour of the massive grounds. he was very knowledgeable and took the time to point out...read full review

Went to this hotel with my family for my daughter’s birthday and stayed a couple of nights. Had a wonderful experience, starting from check in to check out; the front desk staff are really friendly and went out of the way to give us the best experience (managed to get a room upgrade as well). Special thanks goes to Ashan and also the staff in the main restaurant for surprising my daughter with a cake during breakfast on her birthday. Definitely will visit again. Teshan
