It's my local Costa. So I'd love to give it glowing reviews and normally I would. But I had a bad experience recently. Hopefully that isn't a sign of it slipping. The service is fast & friendly.My coffee was delicious.I was able to work peacefully on my laptop. What more could I want?! 5 stars, would recommend if looking for a decent place to sit and a good latte.

Why does the guy in there not seem to get any help making drinks, which causes big queue. There are other staff in there. The guy is very polite and always thanks you for your patience, but they should help him.
