This McDonald's is by far the worst around this part of Hertfordshire. You're lucky if your order takes less than 20 minutes as in store customers seem to be less of a priority than the all the delivery app orders.And when you check with the manager who hands you your order that it is all correct only to find when you get home that there are missing items good luck! The last two times I had decided to have lunch here, the situation here was equally bad.On the first day, there was a large amount of staff behind the tills, which is supposed to mean fast service, however this wasn't the case. Overall ...The management under the new manager is extra ordinary ... each and every employee is soo good in every manner ...and the services that provides is soo good ..and the food is prepared in a hygienic environment with proper precautions.
