Unfriendly Manager at Cowes Costa
This is a great café with lovely friendly staff - ruined by a rude and unfriendly manager. She rarely smiles or has a cheery greeting for customers, even regular ones. She looks thoroughly annoyed most the time and can be abrupt to the point of rudeness with customers. A dark cloud seems to descend on the café when she is around. The nicest people work here , it’s always so friendly and pleasant to visit , nothing to do with cowes but I’d love costa to have more dairy free/ vegan breakfast options , other than that I love coming here most days of my week
