The water for our tea wasn't very hot!

Coffee was ok, roasted tea cakes were served cold. Not child or pram friendly which was the sole reason we had picked Costa as opposed to supporting local businesses which serve better coffee and food.

They need to repaint the sign!

Great location on the paved high street. Even have a small court yard to the rear. Had Chai latte. Friendly service, often make use of Costa. Always know what you gonna get.

Costa Coffee needs to take this issue more seriously. Flies can carry harmful bacteria, and it is not safe to serve food that has been contaminated.

The nicest people work here , it’s always so friendly and pleasant to visit , nothing to do with cowes but I’d love costa to have more dairy free/ vegan breakfast options , other than that I love coming here most days of my week

Exceptionally clean, friendly staff, interacted with us. Even the toilets were spotless. This store should be commended!!

Unfriendly Manager at Cowes CostaThis is a great café with lovely friendly staff - ruined by a rude and unfriendly manager. She rarely smiles or has a cheery greeting for customers, even regular ones. She looks thoroughly annoyed most the time and can be abrupt to the point of rudeness with customers. A dark cloud seems to descend on the café when she is around. She would be more suited serving drinks up the road in HMP Parkhurst. She’s obviously in the wrong job. This is a hospitality business which requires staff with good social skills. They are sadly lacking in this individual.

Dreadful, after years of during the winter dog owners helping keep this branch open with there daily business, dog owners are now turned away VERY RUDELY!!The foreign lady who used to be so sweet with the doggies has now turned into a cruella de vil, I also witnessed a lady with an assistance dog being ordered to leave, I would like to point out this is ILLEGAL!!This particular customer had hearing problems as well as severe anxiety, this happened on a few occasions to the point that none of that group of friends feel comfortable going there anymore. When next winter you have no customers that DAILY routinely come in with there doggies, and no tourists due to winter and your branch gets closed you need to look at yourselves to blame!!!!

Nice seating area outside at the back of the shop. What’s not to like :-)

Costa Coffee Cowes. Popped in on Thurs for a quick small hot choc as I was in a rush. The lady who served me was so friendly. She made me laugh, I’d almost finished my drink when she popped over and topped it up! A simple gesture, I guess there was a little bit left which would normally be wasted, but it was very sweet of her and brightened my day. I wish I’d noticed her name, it was around 10.15am. Anyway, thank you. Went off to my hair appt with a smile!

Cowes is a popular destination for holidaymakers so you'd think business outlets there would do everything to make their premises attractive to passers-by. Not so Costa Coffee. The frontage desperately needs a fresh coat of paint. The tatty outside look persuades me to go elsewhere. If Costa doesn't care, then neither do I.
