Ate in Burger King yesterday, (1/10.23). The food was good and the service was great from certain staff members. Unfortunately there was one lady with blonde hair who had her hair in a clip so was dangling all in the food, specifically the chips. She didn’t seem to be doing much other than leaning on the work surfaces infront of the chips.I think this made the service slightly worse than it could’ve been. Never seem to open on time, food is prepared unless you're lucky so tends to be dry and unedible, service is nonexistent since you have to order at the self checkouts and the atmosphere is dead probably because of the above

The food is lovely and always well put together and packaged properly unlike other fast food chains the staff are a mixed bunch some lovely and friendly and some rude. The place however is disgustingly dirty especially the black muddy floors covered in days worth of chips and the toilets almost made me vomit
