Nice dinner dessert at Creams today with my partner. Enjoyed a hot chocolate fudge cake which was gooey and rich. My partner enjoyed a strawberry chocolate indulgence crepe which she said was delightful. Our waitress was very friendly too. Overall a lovely experience.
I begrudge you adding a tip to the bill for a service charge when this is the second time I've been here and no one has asked if our food is okay or asked if we would like another drink etc. Food simply delivered, left and no service. Both times I've had to approach the till to pay.However the desserts are lovely.
