I ordered brownie mess for take away but in menu it comes with brownie peices, strawberries and ice cream scoop. Even though there is no one in the shop they missed my ice cream in box.
Went in with my son for a birthday treat. We where the only people in there initially lady downstairs was welcoming and said hello but after that service was rubbish.Once upstairs the guy who took our order was really offish and there was no hello or greeting at all. I gave him my order and he huffed and puffed like I was being a pain. I didn't order anything unusual just 2 desserts and a milkshake and coke. Honestly most offish customer services. Food was good and staff were nice but it wasn't particularly clean, even the menus were very sticky to touch. Booths chairs and tables were torn and damaged and the decor was falling off and taped up in
