Recognition Time! The staff in the Canterbury branch of Hotel Chocolat absolutely knocked me sideways with their generosity and kindness today.I was chatting to a lady selling the Big Issue outside the shop and decided to get her a little gift. The staff in the shop saw what was happening and immediately offered to provide the gift for free!I wanted to thank the staff, and openly praise the company for having a culture that fosters that kind of thinking. It really made my day!
We've made 3 visits to Hotel Chocolat in Canterbury and on each visit we have departed laden with some of our most favourite delights. We love Hotel Chocolat and the distinctive taste of their delicacies. The chocolates are absolutely exquisite and mouth watering tempting. Such a beautiful building it’s so pretty to look at! Unfortunately did not have what I wanted which was hazelnut latte but a great location and had lots of other great items in stock
