An oasis from the madding crowd. Good service and good coffee as you would expect from this 'chain'. The space at the rear removes you from the hustle and bustle of the main street.

£4 for a takeaway hot chocolate that hadn't been mixed properly, so all the powder had congealed at the bottom. We were served by a somewhat downbeat gentleman who couldn't manage eyecontact, let alone a smile. Perhaps he was beaten by the workload, serving a queue that went back to the entrance door. A couple of people gave up and left, having waited too long for an average-at-best drink. Caffè Nevo again for me.

Love the coffee as I've always done. However, the lady serving needs a lesson in smiling and how to engage positively with the customer. Smiling can make all the difference. The toilets are disgusting and they were disgusting the last time I was in there. I don't think the sanitary bin had been emptied recently. Need to be cleaned on a regular basis not tickled.
