Abysmal, they have closed down the comfy area so they can get an early leave, there is no full fat milk and there are no cups as the dishwasher has broken again. Run the shop for the customer.
I have been coming this costa for a few years now and I can not fault the service. Red head manager, ginger guy with glasses and another lady with blonde hair who sometimes put colours in to it. Those 3 seem to be the longest employees in this branch. I watch as I eat my toast and drink my coffee. They seem to master their customers needs pretty well. Always professional.
