Usually Five Guys do a decent burger and I'd rate a 4 or 5, 4 as also expensive for non gourmet burger but still one of the best chains for Americana style, however today asked for no ketchup but BBQ sauce instead, got neither, tired hungry and far enough through burger before I noticed it wasn't dolloped all one end that I couldn't be bothered to complain or get a top up etc.Gave feedback at end, didn't want to moan just give a quick heads up and kind of felt as staff under pressure...read full review

You know what you're getting. Some find it greasy, but it's amazing! Can never get enough of the toppings. One thing I'll never understand is why you can't get bubble free orange Fanta from the machines, plenty of other options though

Good food and staff I just dislike the layout, gets busy at the front and had another customer waiting knock into me and I dropped the drinks. The drinks machine could be better placed all good other than that
