Not impressed that my food that was delivered was wrong, I had items missing and instead items that I never even ordered in my delivery. Tried calling both the shop and deliveroo and no one answers the phones, in the end I had to go down there to return the stuff I didn't order and get the food that was missing, meaning I missed the first 2 goals of the England match. WOW. I'm not from round Crayford, i wanted to eat something hot and spicy and went into the KFC, i must say i'm coming back, they staff were so polite and the food was tasty never have i ever had such a nice meal from KFC. This Crayford KFC is absolutely amazing. 100% recommended.

This KFC has been fairly inconsistent but had a really good service today by the manager ( I think from the name tag ), Colin. Not even a joke, people need more of Colin . Probably the best service at any place I've had from one single individual. I wish there was more Colin's.Thank you.
