During our short stay in Hernhill we ate here four times, including a get together on the Friday night with old school friends, each time we were made to feel very welcome (including the dog) and the food is excellent.Simon and his team are terrific and friendly.We will definitely be back!
Great local pub with quality food. Portion sizes are not too big but delicious. Great service, staff were friendly and attentive.Great atmosphere, dogs allowed and the decor was truly cosy pub authentic. Would go again, but as a vegetarian they did have limited choice.

There were 21 of us for a special 40th birthday (ages 8 months-69 years). We had the upstairs function room which was beautiful. The staff were excellent, as was the food - a really great experience.
