Bit of an odd one Leon. The serve yourself screens are great, and the atmosphere is lovely. Store is colourful and welcoming. Chairs are comfy and I like the layout, but the staff let you down a bit here. Staff were just standing behind the counter and in the kitchen leaning on the sides with arms crossed and waiting for someone to come in and be served. I’m a loyal customer as I love the matcha lattes and chicken rice box here, I almost stopped coming as my last visit was a let down. But today I decided to give it another chance. And the person who served me was so lovely, the drink seemed a little diluted and as soon as I asked she fixed it for me immediately.
