My husband and I had the lovely frappes and one of the staff members was extremely helpful in checking which flavours/ingredients were vegan friendly. Unfortunately I couldn’t catch her name on the badge but she even remembered us on the back and we had frappes again! Thank you so much for catering for our diets.
Closes extremely early so you can’t even buy anything. With the amount of money Costa make per cup, surely they should be able to cover the cost for one or two members of staff to work late to provide for their customers.

Attitude definitely on. After driving nearly 30 minutes from another Costa as they didn't have ice ??♂️, i come to this one only to find out they are missing ingredients and also get a long look when i point out that Costa is kinda letting people down with always missing something. The guy at the till was "yeah, whatever". I guess my money is also good somewhere else buddy, keep your Attitude.
