Sat our group and provided a high chair and a booster seat for my children which was great. Food was tasty but portion sizes where a little smaller than other places I have been too. Wide range of beer on tap. We had a pleasant evening.
We had a nice experience at kalaRED. Went in for an evening meal after a long day out walking and weren't disappointed. I recommend booking in advance of an evening though, we got lucky as there was a lull just before the rush but it does get busy. We were seated promptly at a table for two and were immediately asked if we would like a drink. The server was incredibly attentive. Fusion of excellent drinks (sake bomb in particular must be tried), excellent service (inspired use of the gong), and excellent food (I can only imagine as I've never dared to mix the food and the drink!)
