The 9PL, Sondes Ct, Selling, FavershamA proper Little Village shop along side it’s own Wonderful Vegetarian Tea House now the Shop sell’s all those little bits you forgot and what your supermarket don’t stock and more! The tea house well that does what it dates on the can with well over 100 different Teas you Tea fans out will have a field day here. Along with the snacks they Russell up . It surroundings are quite unique you walk into what use to be the local pub and your taken back in time you could be in the 1930s that’s for sure or even further with the surroundings and the background music I sometimes think I am watching Hello Hello! But I must say it is a visit not to be missed Clair and her Team will be pleased to see you and mention where you read the review I might just get a cup of English Breakfast Tea with a Biscuit ????Tony

The Rose & Crown
Rose & Crown, Grove Rd, Perry Wood, Selling, FavershamFood is extremely well priced. I was genuinely shocked when I saw the prices!
Dogs are allowed on leads.
The garden is also very nice, it's well kept and designed so you get a 'private' space no matter where you sit. There is nearby chicken coop that you can see from the beer garden, the kids loved it!
I went on a Saturday, and it can get extremely busy. Only one person behind the bar and one person in the kitchen, so they had to start turning people away. Even though under pressure, the staff were still very friendly as efficient!
