The Bell Inn
22 Church Hill, Shepherdswell, DoverVery nice old fashioned country pub, friendly staff, had a real log fire which was very nice, nothing interesting or local in the beer offered, 10 minutes walk from the train station so was ideal to kill some time when waiting for my train

Colonel’s Cafe
Shepherdswell, DoverIt really nice. The breakfast was really tasty and we had it at lunch time. I like going there as its on the East Kent railway and being in the countryside good for relaxing.Parking: There is parking for everyoneKid-friendliness: Well behaved dogs and Children are welcome!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a slope to get into the cafe. Railway Site does have some restrictions as it has quite a steep slope to some of the car park and trains. However they are very welcome and someone will help.

The Lydden Bell
81 Canterbury Rd, Lydden, DoverHad a lovely stay at the Lydden bell, staff were hospitable and accomodating. The food was some of the best pub grub I've ever had, especially their English breakfast, got to try those sausages! The room was lovely as well, spacious and nice en suite!
