Food was very good, well cooked, quality ingredients and all presented well. All staff need to be more aware of the special deals, menus and gift vouchers being offered centrally - including reception/front of house. We had a gift voucher and it caused confusion and a couple of awkward moments. Didn't spoil the whole experience but could have been handled much better.
First time dining as a family at The Ivy. Very impressed how child friendly the establishment was. Children's menu with good quality food that they were eager to eat. Our 7 year old loved the upmarket feel versus the usual chains families frequent.
