Staff are always friendly and welcoming.Good atmosphere and child friendly before 9pm.Cask ales available with Taylor’s Landlord being the ubiquitous ale on pump.Parking: When visiting by vehicle you must remember to enter the car registration into the screen located at the right end of the bar.Kid-friendliness: Always a family or two in here when I’ve visited.Plenty of seating options.

This is our local, but we'd not eaten here for a while. Had the steak with Diane sauce tonight and my partner had the chicken stack burger. Food was excellent.
