I ordered roast chicken dinner. It took a while to come but when it did it had no carrots or Yorkshire pudding wouldn't mind the wait if the brews still had free refils but I'd almost finished the brew by the time I got food. Didn't want to send it back or I'd probably nod off before they added carrots and Yorkshire
FOOD POISONING your customer service is crap. can't speak a member of management have to keep waiting for a reply for the customer service operator's.
I bought a packet of your frozen cocktail sausages on 11th April cooked and ate them on the 12th and was very unwell for three days after. i checked the use by date and it says 08/12/2022 and all you can do to offer me any form of compensation is a £25 Morrison voucher.absolutely disgusting so now time to take to social media...read full review

Came in at 8am to be told I had to wait cause there was only one staff after 5mins was served only to find tables with yesterday food on and dirty knifes on from the day before.The mushrooms was half cooked, tomato raw.bacon was just cooked WIll not be going back
