Service was good but I ordered the vegan burger and the burger patty was so cooked it was crumbling apart. No jokes, it was crispier than the chips it came with! I don’t know if they cooked it a few hours ago and let it dehydrate under a heat lamp or if someone in the kitchen thought the pattie might come alive if they didn’t cook it enough ?
Green King chain pub. Dog friendlly. Excellent pub serving good quality food, cooked well.24oz steak christmas platter indulgent but nice. Deals on drinks. Sky and Bt Sports on plenty of large TV's. 2 pool tables. Nice background music. Recommended.

Pub needs a refurb. The carpet has seen better days. Need to look at the drinks menu as I must have went through 4 types of beer/lager and they weren't instock, instead of the bar staff just telling me what they had.Pub was busy and prices were OK too.
