Visited Costa on the 02/05/2023, there was abit of que, there was four servers behind the counter. When I was asked for my order the man kept having having a conversation with his colleague & I had to repeat my order 3 times ? once placed my ordered, I waited & the only saving grace was syra who single handedly seemed to be only one who was working hard & ensuring ordered was made. If it wasnt for syra I would of requested a refund & left due to the lack of customer service.
