Tooo slow is the nelson one. Chips were cold. Probably due to waiting and there was only two cars waiting and there order wasn't big that I had to wait that long. The colne one however is much more better
We went here after swimming with our 3 kids, the service was absolutely abysmal! People were complaining left right and centre, a large group of boys were smoking e cigarettes, swearing and being a general nuisance (I get kids being kids but where there's younger and vulnerable kids I do not agree) instead of being told, a member of staff kept giving them free items such as burgers and milkshakes... whilst everyone else was waiting their orders! The food is always as it should be . However, it's always late, and i always see cars come and go through drive-through before seated customers receive their food. Also just eat drivers take up seating after often parking in the disabled spots. This store is my least favourite option for mc
