The Ship at Lathom is a good country pub. It has a nice selection of real ales and a reasonably priced menu. The food is fresh and really tasty, with dishes like thick cut pork chops, chicken pie, and gourmet burgers available. The staff are excellent and accommodating, creating a great vibe. The buffet is also brilliant, and for real ale lovers, there are good choices on the hand pump. While some meals may be a bit expensive, the quality and presentation make them worth it.
