The best fried chicken in Lancashire.
The chicken is moist but tender, the coating is crispy yet soft. The selection is fantastic, with something for everyone's taste. However this will mean there aren't many options for vegan or those with special dietary requirements. If you haven't had one of their Southern Fried Chicked burgers you are missing out. Each one is freshly made to order. A large chicken breast marinaded in buttermilk then coated in the secret ingredient and deep fried until super crispy on the outside and succulent and juicy on the inside. So I pulled up for my lunch in the co op car park and noticed a little deli that said home made chicken burger, so we went in an ordered one, was reasonably priced for homemade food as you can see it all being marinated and cooked infront of you food was unbelievable if I ever come past again I will definitely be stopping everytime.
