Had a few drinks on a Friday night. Really enjoyed, had some great 80s classics playing. Lady behind the bar was lovely. Clean toilets (hand dryer was out of order) . Only downside was getting a double G&T in a half pint glass, I do prefer a proper gin glass and loads of ice but I will return, it didn't put me off.
Excellent pub food and excellent service. Came in on Monday night at 6.45pm after discovering the nearby Thai was closed Mondays. The woman behind the bar was very welcoming and ensured we were in time for food and that our 1 year old was ok to come in too. Busy pub which seems to have a welcoming atmosphere and a lively vibe at weekends. It has been refurbished since we last visited and is fresh and warm. Worth a visit. We didn't eat on this occasion.
