I should have given a review a long time ago but today was the final straw. This must be the 5th time AT LEAST that this branch has got an order wrong. The incompetent staff honestly haven’t got a clue and the customer service is a disgrace! Does not accept student or military IDs which is the only branch I've seen with this policy. Medium fries arrived half empty which is disappointing, the food was hot though which good.
What an Absolutely disgusting experience even worser due to a manager called ELEANOR can only assume as to why she acted the way she did.
