We had not booked but got a table immediately. Drinks were one soft drink one wine. Ordered our food and it came pretty quickly, barbequed ribs and squid pieces. Had to ask for a finger bowl and bone refuse plate that should have been included automatically with the ribs dish. Both starters were very nice. The food was fine, the service not so much. It took too long for us to order our drinks and then took too long for our drinks to come. The fact they add 10% service onto the bill automatically is a bit of a slap in the face when it’s been poor.
Arrived at restaurant and waited quite a while to be shown to our table, even though there were members of staff just hanging around that could have done this. We were taken upstairs and this felt more like a bar than a restaurant (downstairs looked far better in my opinion) Drinks order was taken quite quickly.
