Breakfast was good but I've one complaint- the mushroom singular. I asked to swap bacon for mushrooms on my small breakfast. 1 individual mushroom came out half raw. I remembered then that the last rime I'd had breakfast here I'd gotten a half raw mushroom too. So this time I asked to swap it for a cooked mushroom since I'd swapped out the bacon especially. The lady came back with another one and said "this one is raw too, do you want me to get you a different one?" I gave up...read full review

I'm a stranger to the town, but I have been to the Monkey Walk a few times and always felt welcomed there by the locals. Friendly staff. Good/average food, just what you'd expect from a Weatherspoon. The pub's layout is interesting, which is probably hence the name given to this pub :-)

Visited with my 6 year old for breakfast, great service from the bar staff. Breakfast was good and hot. Served as it should be HOT chef and staff should train at other Wetherspoons on how to get beans hot. Spacious and clean will be back when in the em area again.
