Despite many other reviews I think the food here is good. I usually have the soup and a portion of chips (the chips are amazing). The cakes in the centre isle always look good too. However, the service is appalling. Every time I've been I hope to have a better experience, but sadly not. The staff have no urgency about them at all, the queue gets longer and longer, and they generally seem to be disorganised and disinterested. All the customers complain about it. Excellent place for shopping for electrical goods/ clothing items: footwear and gifts such as sunglasses and perfume and designer label brands much variety and choice available in store for customers who need appliances or clothes it’s a great shop that offers incredible value and nice selection and service to all customers who request help it’s amazingly affordable and easy to pay to at a pay point.

Visited yesterday. This store has got its customer service to perfection. Every member of staff we either passed or were approached by was friendly, happy to help and knowledgeable. I thought that customer service was a thing of the past but clearly not. Store had stunning Christmas displays!Well done John Lewis Leicester and Thank you for your warm greeting!
