Sad to see these reviews regarding the hotel. It is my first time staying here and we all enjoyed ourselves. We queued for a little at the bar, but it was busy so to be expected (others were complaining), it feels as though the customer’s attitude were far worse than any of the staff, who thanked us for our patience and compliance (in particular the tall gentleman with the mullet type haircut - wish i had gotten his name as he was fantastic). I have stayed at this hotel numerous times for business over the last few years without any issue however this stay was disappointing. As I have Platinum level with Marriott Rewards, I was given an upgrade to executive room with lounge access as usual which is nice. When I went to breakfast I was informed that my free breakfast due to platinum level could only be eaten in the lounge. Pros good location and parking. Cons staff not welcoming on reception or bar. Was given the wrong room causing us delays and no effort notice on our booking under special requests. For the price we expected better.
