Good food, superb choice of beers on tap.Hospitality exceptional, there was nothing the lady taking the orders, serving the drinks and dispensing the food to the table wouldn't undertake in a very welcoming and accommodating manner. She even found time to bring some treats for our black lab.Good value for money, will go again.Vegetarian options: Plenty”

“Fantastic welcoming atmosphere complemented by friendly chatty staff who care about their town. The prices are incredible and the customers are always chatty and good fun. Darts is always popular there. Adequate seating inside and outside . Had many great nights after work and will continue to do so.”

“Loved this place. Was overnight in Melton Mowbray and wanted somewhere to eat as a family. Landlord was excellent. Fitted us in and prioritised our food as we had the kids with us. The quality of food was superb. Tasty and perfectly cooked. Good value too. Highly recommend”

“I dont normally do reviews but my night was so faultless, I cant not review. Perfect from start to finish. We came for our 1st wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. First of all the staff were all so welcoming and smiling, providing exceptional service. The food was cooked to perfection and delicious. Ended the night night with cocktails presented beautifully and tasted amazing. We wanted to drink these outside so we was taken and sat in the most lovely set patio, with sheep skins and patio heaters. Lovely, cosy, beautiful setting. Fabulous food and drinks. Well done Tap and Run we will be retuning. All the staff are a credit to you. Thank you for making our anniversary meal perfect.”
