Gluten free knowledge, dishes and taste: absolutely outstanding. You have to try this place if you are in the area.One of the best restaurants/pubs in the UK. I definitely recommend reserving a table for lunch or dinner. We had Saturday night dinner and Sunday lunch (roast) in there.The food is impeccable. Brilliant country pub/restaurant. I've been coming here for years, often combined with a walk around the nearby Outwoods. Good beer, good food (I had the famous Woodhouse Smokies as a main course).

Nice atmosphere, dogs allowed in the non carpeted areas, friendly helpful staff. Some vegan and gluten free things which are marked on the menu. If you have special dietary needs give them a ring first to discuss. Picture is the vegan kofta which was very nice.
