Lovely little country pub. Food served midweek only between 12 and probably 2:30, as it closes around 3pm for the afternoon.Food is very nice and locally sourced, nice small simple menu and everything seems fresh.Good beer too!Parking: About 6 spots with a disabled space, but often I’ve seen people blocking others spaces and using the disabled yellow cross-hatch to cram another car in. Street parking can be tricky too
Come here often to meet friends at lunchtime, the staff were friendly, a good atmosphere, the menu good, the only reason I gave 4* not 5* was I thought the chips were over cooked and the pie base was a bit soggy unusual because the food is always excellent. But we would still recommend
