Lovely pub, friendly and attentive staff with efficient service. We ate here after finding out that JB Kitchens had moved here. Good quality food and a limited menu which is a good sign that it's freshly cooked.Prices are about in line with a gastro pub menu. Good to see both bar and restaurant busy.

Very clean and cosy. Loved the setting as well as the friendly/helpful staff. Good options for breakfast.
Good location to make trips out e.g. Melton Mowbray, Rutland Water or Stamford. Will certainly stay again when next travelling in the area. Richard and Geraldine from West London
