Placed an order which came completely wrong. I (stupidly so I was told) threw the food away. I called to ask for my money back. I got hung up on and had to call again, I got greeted by a very aggressive man who would not allow me to explain my wrong order. This man finally allowed me to explain and did not believe that my order was incorrect. Waited over two hours for delivery. Kept ringing and they kept trying to say it would be another 25 minutes. Spoilt my whole evening. It was evident by the time it arrived that they had only just done the order. Really bad service and they do not seem to care, no apology at all. Not sure they deserve any stars. No discount , or any other offer.

Absolutely starving and ordered pizza's from Carlos. They arrived 2 hours later and was near to eating my arm. After receiving the pizza and after having two mouthfalls, wished I had ate my arm instead!!! Be warned save £20 eat your arm, it will taste better. Oh, they also wanted another £2.50 for the late delivery not mentioned on the menu.
