We popped in after an awful day and was cheered instantly by barmaid Michelle and Chris, the chef who made us feel very welcome - excellent service and the food was fantastic, Michelle is so sweet and she’s a credit to your team

Great local pub! Really good Sunday roast. Excellent value for 2 or 3 courses. My husbands family was visiting and so we all tried the Sunday roast. The bar staff are always very friendly and courteous. The food including starters and dessert were really tasty and great value. Will definitely come again. One of the best pubs in town, we need to support our local now Wetherspoons is in town.

Great town centre pub offering a good selection of real ales and recently recognised by CAMRA! They also offer a good food menu which has a good specials board which changes on a regular basis. The food is all “home cooked” and fresh. Prices are very reasonable and it competes well with places like the local Wetherspoons.The bar and water ting staff are polite and friendly.
